continue to undergo substantial changes and modifications over the course of the project.  The information, 
design concepts, and design intent as now represented herein may and probably will not be consistent with 
the information, design concepts, and design intent for the same project at some later point in time.  Any 
adaptation or use of this information, design concepts, or design intent must be undertaken advisedly and in 
an appropriate manner.  CEMCON, Ltd. (Engineer) makes no representation and assumes no duty to assure 
that said information, design concepts, and design intents so imparted are suitable for the uses and purposes 
for which it is being transmitted and CEMCON, Ltd. has no obligation and will make no attempt to inform 
or advise Client on the nature or extent of subsequent changes and modifications.

	As a proprietary work product, all information contained and transmitted herewith including, but 
not limited to, symbols, blocks, details, fonts, and the text of notes is subject to and protected by United 
States Copyright Law Title 17 Section 101 ET SEQ, and this information may not be utilized, reproduced, 
sold, or distributed, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of CEMCON, Ltd. (Engineer).  
There are a number of inappropriate and improper uses and purpose including the acquisition of theoretical 
coordinates and the radial stakeout of some or all of the geometric information contained herein that are 
expressly not authorized and CEMCON, Ltd. (Engineer) does not consent to such use or adaptation.  Any 
use or adaptation of the information, design concepts, or design intent imparted hereby shall be at the sole 
liability and risk of Client and such use or adaptation shall constitute to the fullest extent provided by law 
an epso facto indemnity of CEMCON, Ltd. (Engineer) against any and all claims arising out of or costs 
incurred by CEMCON, Ltd. (Engineer) including the cost of employees or legal counsel engaged in 
defense of such claims.  Further, Client shall not use or cause to be used said information, design concepts, 
and design intent in a manner that would compromise the standard of care in the practice of Professional 
Engineering or Professional Land Surveying in the State of Illinois or to circumvent or abridge the 
Professional Engineers or Professional Land Surveyors Act.
